There are two subscription rates for the Journal, one for France, and the other for the rest of the world (including the UK).

A subscription for 12 issues to be sent to an address in France costs 18 euros
A subscription to an address anywhere else in the world is 30 euros or 25 British Pounds.

The monthly mailing of Journals benefits from a special ‘Presse’ rate, and goes by first class post. The mailing usually goes out at around the end of the month, and arrives at addresses in France on the 1st or 2nd of the month, and at addresses in other countries one or two days later.
